How long the process takes depends on the package you choose and the pace you feel comfortable working at. My natural style of working is unrushed to allow plenty of time for insights and intuitions to surface. If you need a little extra time to think through your message or voice, I want you to take it. We'll take deadlines one at a time, allowing the process to unfold in a way that honors the impact of your message.

Yes! I recommend The Co-Creation Space package that enables you to align your message, voice, and words. Once we create a Mission Transmission document, what's stumping you about your content will become clear, enabling you to edit your existing content and write new content that truly aligns with your mission.

No! The Word Weaver package includes the Content Integration plan only. This plan can include article titles and outlines if you want to write the content yourself, or we can create a plan where I provide done-for-you content. This option is ideal for established entrepreneurs with a recognizable voice and those who already have brand materials they would like to use when creating content.

Message Translation, Voice Alignment, and Content Integration are combined into the same document and designed to be concise. Together, they are 10 pages or less, enabling you to find the information you need when you need it and focus on the things that actually matter to your message and voice.

It focuses on the spirit of your business and includes information about your target audience, your clarified mission, a brand archetype, power words, and more, avoiding the mumbo jumbo that your target audience doesn’t actually care about. For example, the document doesn’t include things like capitalization or punctuation rules so we can focus our attention on the juicier aspects of your message and voice instead.

I do not use AI during the actual creation of content as I believe that human-powered words give your message and voice a soul and spirit that will resonate deeply with your ideal customers or clients. When I do use AI, it's most often as a glorified thesaurus, asking it to rephrase something I've written in new ways. I also use it for research, especially in regard to finding specific information, statistics, or quotes, but I only use the information if I can corroborate it with a reputable source.
