Highlighting the experience of deep nourishment, coming back to oneself, and getting your spark back through EMPATHETIC, UNDERSTANDING, and TENDER language.

Victoria Novello and Lily Love are spiritual healers who connected over their passion for curating soul-nourishing experiences that enable women to rediscover their power. This connection led them to create the Wild Soul Awakening retreat in Guatemala, but communicating the power of their retreat experience with a single, cohesive voice was proving to be a challenge.

Together, we focused on creating a shared brand voice with a Content Key that included the spirit and style of the content. In addition, we brainstormed the exact words they envisioned peppering throughout the content to make the retreat experience come alive. The result is INTRIGUING COPY that evokes a sense of EXCITEMENT, ANTICIPATION, and SWEET RELIEF that there is a way for attendees to explore more of themselves in a held, safe space where they can REVIVE THEIR SOUL and GET THEIR SPARK BACK.

With so much information to share about the retreat experience, special attention was paid to HOW and WHEN to present information on the landing page for the biggest impact.

The flow of the webpage starts with a warm, empathetic hook before outlining the details of the inner transformation that will take place.

There's space for both Victoria and Lily to share snippets of who they are, along with exactly what the retreat experience entails.

Further down the page is where the flow and itinerary of the retreat are highlighted, in addition to sharing information about the accommodations.

Buttons to sign up are included strategically throughout the page, with a powerful reminder at the end of the page that the fire in your soul cannot go out. You just have to get reacquainted with your wild essence.

Part of the project included consulting about SEO and general marketing tips for greater success.

For example, with so much information to share on the main landing page, we determined it would be best to highlight room prices and any additional fees on a separate page with a strategically placed button on the main page for users to learn more.

Within days of the copy going live on the internet, the private room for two was booked. Within eight weeks, the site ranked #2 and #5 on Google for target keywords.
